Join our volunteering and internship programs to support village education and sports development. You can help teach in schools, provide vocational training, and organize community sports. Make a real difference while gaining valuable experience.
We tailor the sports and education sector volunteer placements according to the background and experience of the participating students. Your work includes a weekly plan and reporting; our professional environmental sector team tutors it.
We work with partner NGOs, companies, and the Tanzanian government’s education departments.

The internship outcome is learning to use and get experience implementing your education in developing country conditions with limited capacities. It is also about understanding the opportunities in a fast-growing economy.
The working hours are 6-8 hours from Monday to Friday. As an ongoing program, we can adjust the starting dates.
Paid internships include a local minimum wage/stipend of USD 50 per month.
Starting and end dates are flexible and accommodate other travel arrangements in Tanzania. International flights, Student permits, accommodation, and meals are personal costs.
